The market is held on the 3rd Saturday of every month from 8am-2pm
Before You Apply
Acceptance of new casual stalls is at the discretion of the Market Manager. Due to the size of our market spaces for food/drink stalls are limited. Locally made/designed products are generally given priority. If you need to confirm that your stall is appropriate for our market, or have any other questions, please email the Market Manager (mullumbimbymarket@gmail.com) directly.
Casual stallholders should meet at the Museum steps at 7:00am for site allocation. Late arrivals will not be guaranteed a space.
Please remember the Mullumbimby Market has a NO DOGS policy. You can get directions to our site on the map below.

Applying for a Stall
- For new stallholders: please email the following information to mullumbimbymarket@gmail.com

- Stall/Business name
- Description of what you sell
- Type/size of space you require
- Photos of your stall (please attach photographs rather than using a file sharing service)
- Copy of public liability insurance certificate of currency or prof of your BVHS Membership (see below)
- Food stalls must also supply a copy of your Temporary Food Premises permit from Byron Shire Council

- Updated public liability insurance certificate
- Updated Byron Shire Council Temporary Food Premises permit (if applicable)

Stall Types and Fees
The following is a list of the current stall fees (as of 1st November 2025)
- Standard Stall (3m×3m): $45
- Food Stall (3m×3m): $55
- Powered Food Stall (3m×3m): $60
- Double Stall (3m×6m): $60
- Small Stalls/Tables: $20 – $25
BVHS Members
Members of the Brunswick Valley Historical Society wishing to have a stall at the market are covered by the Society’s Public Liability Insurance for this market only. Stallholders can join the Museum as a paid member for an annual membership of $15, or a monthly membership of $5 and have your stall covered by the Museum’s Public Liability Insurance. Acceptance as a member is subject to the approval of the museum committee or its authorised representatives.
